Each iPlanWare customer can nominate up to 3 designated support contacts who can contact our support desk. These are usually your iPlanWare system administrators.
If you have a support request, please contact your iPlanWare administrator. iPlanWare only accept support requests from an organisations designated support contacts.
If your organisation has not yet notified us of your support contacts, you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support team can also give your support contacts access to our online support centre.
