Who can log a support request?
iPlanWare customers can nominate up to 3 people who can raise support requests. You can find out more about this here.
Logging a bug report
If you find a bug in iPlanWare you need to log it with our support team. They will try to provide a workaround if possible and raise a software fix request with our development team. Software fixes are normally scheduled into our normal software releases.
If you do find a bug we need you to provide us with sufficient information to allow us to reproduce the bug. So please provide the following information as part of your bug report.

What happened, what did you expect to happen?
Your iPlanWare version
What version of iPlanWare are you using? When logged into iPlanWare open the Personalise | About tab at the top of the page. If you are using a legacy version (TeamWorks release 2 or earlier) then this information is shown at the foot of each page.
Steps to reproduce the problem
What did you do to cause get the error? What steps do we need to follow to get the error? What screen is the error on?
Details of error messages
What error message are shown. Ideally send us both a screen shot AND copy and paste the error text into the bug report.
